Shipping Information

Shipping & Handling Time

Orders received before 1.45pm (Monday to Friday) will be sent the same day. Orders received after this time are normally processed the next business day. We may require up to 24 hours (1 working day) to prepare your order.


Tracking Information

All orders are sent with tracking to ensure a smooth transaction. Your tracking information will be provided to you once your order is completed. All correspondence will be sent from JAC Corp.


If you have placed an order that contains various products, your order may be sent to you as a split shipment. This is to ensure that your products will arrive to you as soon as possible.


Orders sent via Australia Post

Due to the recent changes Australia Post has made, It may take up to 14 working days to receive the parcel, although if in NSW or the ACT, most of the time you should receive it in only a couple of days. Please be patient. New estimated postage times via Australia Post:


NSW/ACT/QLD/VIC: 2-6 working days
SA/WA/TAS/NT: 7-14 working days


If Express Post is available, delivery normally takes between 1-3 working days, depending upon your location.


Orders sent via Couriers Please

If you are supplying a residential or business address for your delivery, we may send your order via Couriers Please. The estimated delivery times via Couriers Please are:


NSW/ACT/QLD/VIC: 1-6 working days
SA/WA/TAS/NT: 3-14 working days


Christmas Period & Public Holidays

Australia Post services shut down during Public Holidays. The postal system does not operate for 2-3 weeks during the Christmas period. Couriers Please shuts down for approximately 1-2 weeks during the Christmas period.


We will not be held responsible for delays with your delivery during this time. We encourage you to allow for additional time when placing your order to ensure you receive it in time.


Mail Tampering

We always recommend to consider security circumstances of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels. We use and rely on tracking information to prove delivery has been made to the customer’s provided address. We will not provide product replacements or a refund if delivery has been made.
